On Friday 7 May 2019, the local council organised the flower-planting evening.
Many residents of Balmain came to collect their prizes (flower vouchers or potted flowers) and were able to admire the slideshows of photos taken by the judging panel.
The Mayor took the opportunity during the evening to provide an update on life in the town
